Here groups can be defined that are visible for all users in the CTI client/softphone . In User administration, users can then be assigned to these groups. Note that the groups created here and their members cannot be edited or deleted by the user. If no global groups are created, the user can compile his contact list completely autonomously. Otherwise, he can supplement them with his own contacts.
By clicking on 
below the list, a new group can be created and named under Name.

to remove the group in question.
