  • Microsoft Teams users: This option allows you to use Microsoft Teams Info on setup.
  • User only uses Teams: ...
  • Activate CTI access: Enables access via wwphone, wwmobile and tapi for the corresponding user. For information about wwphone, wwmobile or tapi, please refer to the separate operating instructions.
  • Do not offer TLS (wwphone/wwmobile): If TLS is offered for all wwphone/wwmobile under the PBX setting, individual users can be excluded here.
  • Display QR code in the user portal: This allows the user to set up the wwmobile app independently. Alternatively, the QR code can be sent password-protected by e-mail.

We strongly advise against copying this QR code in the web interface and sending it by e-mail, as it contains the data in plain text. Misuse with SIP data is common! With KVM 302v5 and higher, an activation link can be sent password protected, this setting is no longer necessary.

  • Activate personal conference room: For the One-Number conference room, see Set up telephone number and wwphone client.
  • Can manage announcements in the web portal: Allows the user to change the announcements or add new ones. The functions to listen with *201 and change with *200 also depend on this.
  • Can manage public address book: The user can import or export the phone book and is allowed to create and change global entries via the wwphone application.
  • Signal busy when the call is active: The setting, also called call waiting, can be configured here instead of on the terminal.
  • Signal busy when ringing: The setting, also called call waiting, can be configured here instead of on the terminal.
  • Display internal number for calls that do not leave the PBX: If you activate this option, the recipient will see the number defined under Internal number instead of the number dialled under Displayed number when making calls within the switchboard.
  • Send additional info to telephones about calls to this number: On supported (SNOM 3XX) and correctly configured terminals, this setting ensures that the display shows who is calling an employee when Pick-Up is configured. This allows a targeted Pick-Up to be made. Without this setting, a Pick-Up happens virtually “blindly”. Attention: this option is obsolete and will soon no longer be available.
  • Telephone is behind NAT: Unless the switchboard is located directly in your office, always leave this option enabled.
  • Can record calls: To lock or unlock the recording function in the wwphone app.
  • Allow parallel sessions in softphone mode: Normally, only one login per user makes sense with the wwphone in softphone mode as a user cannot be in several places at the same time. Parallel login may be allowed for special requirements.
  • E-mail notification for missed calls: You will be notified about every missed call to this user by e-mail to the e-mail address entered under Mailbox .
  • PUSH Notification for incoming calls: This applies to internal calls, for external calls enter push:<username> in the respective dial plan or activate the PUSH notification in groups.
  • PUSH notification for missed calls: Internal as well as external missed calls are notified in wwmobile.
  • This user is not a member of the dial plan group ALLUSERS: This option allows you to exclude a telephone from the ALLUSERS group. This means: if you configure somewhere in the dial plan that it should ring for ALLUSERS, it will ring everywhere except on the telephones where this option has been activated.
  • Hide this user from other participants: This user appears neither in wwphone, wwmobile (app), nor in the phone book.
  • Room no: In the case of hotel operation, the room number or designation must be entered here as in the hotel software. It is important to enter this exactly the same, otherwise no successful allocation is possible.
  • MS Teams telephone number: Enter MS Teams telephone number in international format with +xx xx xxx xx xx.
  • MS Teams UUID: Find this according to the instructions and enter it here.
  • Internal number: The number on which this telephone should be reachable internally.
  • Displayed number: The number to be displayed to the recipient of the call for outgoing calls.
  • Displayed number for call forwarding: If an internal number or a public number belonging to the switchboard has been dialled which is diverted, this number is displayed to the called party. The purpose of this function is to allow an employee who has diverted his telephone to see who is calling him, even if a terminal has been set up so that the main number is normally displayed instead of the direct number for outgoing calls.
  • Presence group: For the CTI client or softphone display, the corresponding CTI group can be selected here.
  • Conference PIN: Personal PIN for the One-Number conference room, see above.
